Field report — read through
Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda and Cupra build most of their cars from the same parts bin. A 2.0 TDI in a Superb is the same family of engine as the one in an A4 or a Passat, and the DSG in a Leon is the one in a Golf. For owners that is good news: one workshop that knows the family can look after any of the five. We service, diagnose and repair all of them at our workshop in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
Most of these cars run on either a fixed or a variable (LongLife) service schedule, and the oil approval matters: VW 504 00 / 507 00 on most LongLife cars, other approvals on some newer engines. We match the oil to your engine, stamp the service book and reset the indicator with the dealer system. We use VW Group ODIS, the dealer system, and VCDS. Together they finish the jobs a generic scanner cannot: coding a replacement part, running a DPF service regeneration, resetting adaptations after a gearbox service, or tracing a fault through the car's network. More on our diagnostics page.

All five: Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda and Cupra. A Golf, an A3, a Leon, an Octavia and a Formentor share most of their engines, gearboxes and electronics, so the same knowledge and the same diagnostic tools cover the lot.
VW Group ODIS, the manufacturer's own system, and VCDS. Between them we can read every module, see live data, run guided tests, reset service indicators and carry out coding and adaptations after a repair.
It depends on the engine and whether it is on a fixed or LongLife schedule. Most LongLife cars call for VW 504 00 / 507 00, and some newer engines use other approvals. We match the oil to the approval printed for your engine.
It depends on the engine. Many TDI diesels and the newer petrol engines use a cambelt with a fixed interval, while the 1.8 and 2.0 TSI engines use a chain. Tell us the registration and we will confirm what yours has and when it is due.
