What's included

• Interim — oil and filter, fluid top-ups, visual safety inspection including brakes, tyres and lights.
• Full — everything in interim, plus the air filter, cabin/pollen filter where fitted, and a fuller inspection.
• Major — everything in full, plus spark plugs (petrol) or the fuel filter (diesel) where due on the manufacturer schedule, and brake fluid.

Every service includes a diagnostic health check using our hardware and software, because a warning light that's been on for three weeks often tells us more than the service schedule does. We'll tell you what's working, what's showing wear, and what needs attention before it becomes a problem — with the evidence to back it up.

What we won't do

We won't tell you something needs replacing if it doesn't. We won't bolt on extras you didn't ask for. And we won't hand you a bill with line items you can't explain — if anything unexpected comes up during the service, we stop and call you before we continue.
