Diagnostics-led, not parts-led

When something's wrong with a modern car, the cheapest answer for you is almost always the right answer first. That means finding the cause before replacing anything. Our diagnostic hardware and software lets us read live data, log freeze frames, and follow the evidence — rather than swap parts on a guess.

What this means in practice

Bring us a car with an intermittent problem, a warning light that won't clear, a misfire under load, a gearbox acting strangely, or anything else that a generic repair shop might throw parts at. We charge a flat diagnostic rate for the investigation itself, and give you a clear picture of what we found and what it'll cost to resolve — before any parts are ordered.

When diagnostics is the wrong answer

If you already know what's wrong — a leaking hose, a failed alternator, worn brakes — you don't need diagnostics. You need a repair. In those cases we'll skip the diagnostic step and quote you directly for the job.
