Most of what a main dealer does at a service, an independent garage with the right equipment can do too. We service to the manufacturer schedule, use genuine or OE-quality parts and the oil approval your engine calls for, and stamp the service book. We also have dealer-level diagnostic systems for BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz and the VW Group makes, at our workshop in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
That covers the jobs that usually send owners back to the dealer: resetting service indicators properly, coding replacement parts, registering batteries and following the manufacturer's own fault-finding tests.
We follow the schedule for your exact car, by time and mileage, not a generic menu. The service book is stamped, so the history stays complete when you sell the car.

Under the UK's block exemption rules, servicing at an independent garage does not on its own void a manufacturer warranty, provided the work follows the schedule, uses suitable parts and is recorded. Keep the invoices. If you have an extended or manufacturer-network warranty, read its conditions first. We cannot give legal advice, but we are happy to talk through what your service should include.
To be straight about it: we do not offer courtesy cars or collection and delivery, and we do not work on high-voltage hybrid or electric systems. MOTs are arranged at the test centre on our street rather than tested here.

A seat cover, steering-wheel cover and floor mat go into every car before we touch it, and we work in clean overalls — never in a customer's car in dirty clothes.
On a while-you-wait job you sit in a warm, dry waiting room with a coffee — not stood outside in the cold and rain.
Booking is paperless. Every job is recorded against your car, and we email you the documents confirming the work completed.
Every registered customer gets automatic service and MOT reminders by email, so a due date never slips past.
We arrange your MOT at the DVSA-approved test centre on our street, take the car there and back, and fix anything that fails.
